Trump attacks Meryl Streep for her Golden Globe speech


This is odd because Trump had once said that Streep is one of the best actresses he had ever known only a few years ago.

Even after the election, it seems that many people are not OK with a Trump presidency. In the recent Golden Globe award ceremony, Meryl Streep used her entire 6 min time to talk about Trump.

She talked from Trump trying to burn immigrants after pointing out that most of Hollywood were immigrants. She went on to talk about how Trump fun of a disabled reporter to impress his supports. She said that if people in charge made this ok, in essence, they were given such power to the public.

But Trump quickly responded to this via Twitter. Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn't know me, but attacked last night at the Golden Globes. She is a....." Twitted Trump. "Hillary flunky who lost big. For the 100th time, I never "mocked" a disabled reporter (would never do that) but simply showed him......."

This is odd because Trump had once said that Streep is one of the best actresses he had ever known only a few years ago. But as often as the sun rises Trump quickly turned the story.

"Julia Roberts is terrific, and many others," Trump told The Hollywood Reporter's Janice Min, before adding, "Meryl Streep is excellent; she's a beautiful person, too."

Trump was not impressed by taking center stage for such a speech. And again denied making fun of the disabled reporter. This was also an angle used by Hilary during the elections. She brought the writer on stage who then endorsed Hilary
