Charlize Theron will play former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly in an upcoming film, according toDeadline. The film, which has not yet been titled, will tell the story of the women who worked at Fox News at the same time as Roger Ailes, the chairman who resigned in 2016 after sexual and workplace harassment allegations against him surfaced.

The Annapurna Pictures movie will be directed by Jay Roach, and Charles Randolph (who won an Oscar for his The Big Short screenplay)has written the script for the ensemble cast. No other casting has been announced, and a production schedule has not yet been set.
Theron, Beth Kono, and AJ Dix will produce the film for their Denver & Delilah banner, while Roach, Randolph, and Margaret Riley will also produce.
