Damon Harriman cast in 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood'

Damon Harriman will play Charles Manson in Quentin Tarantino's upcoming film,Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, according to Collider.

Harriman is best known to American audiences for his role on the television seriesJustified.
The film, in which the Manson murders play a central part, takes place in 1969. It follows Leonardo DiCaprio's Western TV star and his stunt double (Brad Pitt) as they navigate the changing Hollywood landscape. DiCaprio's character lives next door to Sharon Tate, who was murdered by Manson's followers.

The film's other roles consist of both fictional characters and those based on real people. Rumer Willis will play actress Joanna Pettet, Dreama Walker has been cast as actress and singer Connie Stevens, and Costa Ronin will play Polish actor Voytek Frykowski, another Manson victim. Margot Robbie is set to play Tate, and heavy hitters Lena Dunham, Maya Hawke, Timothy Olyphant, Burt Reynolds, Dakota Fanning, Emile Hirsch, and Al Pacino will all be involved in the project as well.

The film is reportedly similar to Tarantino's classicPulp Fiction in its chronology and structure.

Originally scheduled to be released on August 9, 2019, the 50th anniversary of the Manson murders,Once Upon a Time in Hollywood will instead premier two weeks earlier, on July 26
