Kanye West's entire album makes Billboard Top 40

All seven tracks on Kanye West's latest album Ye debuted on Billboard's Top 40 chart this week.

The song "Yikes" charted highest at No. 8 on the Top 10 list. The remaining songs came in at No. 11, No. 16, No. 25, No. 27, No. 28, and No. 36 on the chart.
West's album as a whole made the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart, his eighth consecutive album to do so. He shares the record for the longest streak of No. 1 albums with Eminem and The Beatles.

Ye earned 208,000 equivalent album units in the week ending June 7, according to Nielsen Music, making it the fifth-biggest week for any album this year.

West said that he completely changed his album after he came under fire for wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat and saying that slavery was a choice during a TMZ interview in May. Fans and critics alike called for boycotts of the upcoming album after the remarks came to light.

West also talked about having a "mental condition," and said that the support he receives from his fans helps him feel like "a family member of the world.
