Migos member Offset will not face criminal charges after his May 16 car crash in Atlanta, according toTMZ.The investigation, which was opened to determine why Offset fled the accident scene and whether anyone was with him when it occurred, has officially closed.

Offset was briefly hospitalized after the accident and shared photos of himself and his damaged car, which appeared to have most of the front portion destroyed, three days later on Instagram.
"This is why I thank God Every day," he wrote. "I could have been dead from this accident. Thank you all for your prayers."

There were no police or emergency medical workers called to the scene of the accident, and an accident report was not made at the time.

Offset and his fiance, Cardi B, are facing a second lawsuit from a fan who alleges that he was "savagely assaulted" by three unidentified men after he asked for an autograph and the couple instructed the men to deal with him. The incident allegedly occurred as Offset and Cardi B were leaving a Met Gala after party on May 8, and the fan has also named the Mark Hotel, at which the event was taking place, in his suit
