Roseanne Barr has apologies to billionaire philanthropist George Soros for calling him a Nazi collaborator.

Roseanne Barr has apologies to billionaire philanthropist George Soros for calling him a Nazi collaborator, Deadline reported.

The comments were made as part of the series of tweets that ultimately led to ABC's decision to cancel the reboot of her sitcom,Roseanne.
Barr tweeted at Chelsea Clinton, making fun of her for being married to a nephew of Soros. Despite Clinton's reply that she was not in fact married to a member of the Soros family, Barr tweeted back that Soros had turned in fellow Jews to concentration camps.

"Were you aware of that?" Barr asked. "But, we all make mistakes, right Chelsea?"

Barr deleted the tweets and apologized earlier this week in a tweet and linked to Soros's grant making network, the Open Society Foundation.

Since the show's cancellation, Barr has also issued apologies to Valerie Jarrett, the former Barack Obama aide whom she compared to an ape, as well as to her fellow cast members (particularly John Goodman and Laurie Metcalf) and the crew of her show, who lost their jobs when the show was cancelled
